Grievance / Complaint Packet for Parents

Grievance Process

We hope to provide an environment in which complaints are never necessary. In the event that you need help resolving an issue please use the forms provided below in order to facilitate the process.  Grievances begin at Level One and, if warranted, move through the appeal process at Levels Two and Level Three. The forms below will need to be completed and filed with the appropriate administrator at each level.

Level One- Complaint Form for Parents  - Please use this form if you are experiencing an issue with a campus or department. Return this document to the campus or to the Superintendents office. You will receive a response from the Department Director or Campus Administrator. If your grievance is unrelated to a campus, the grievance is to be filed with an administrator at the District's Central Office. 

 

Level Two - Appeal to Superintendent  -  If we have not resolved your complaint at Level One please complete this form and return it to the Superintendents office. 

 

Level Three - Appeal to Board - Should you need further assistance or corrective action complete this form.
